*Job Overview*
We are seeking a Portable Toilet/Septic Installation Helper Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Cleaning, Repairing Portable Toilets/ Help installing, maintaining, and repairing various systems and equipment, Etc. We service Richmond County and surrounding Counties. Yearly Bonus $$.
*Duties*
Portable Toilet:
- delivery, pick up, and servicing of portable toilets, wash stations and holding tanks.
- Operating and maintaining weekly service routes.
- Able to do on-site repairs as needed.
- Able to work until the workload is completed.
- Ability to be flexible in order to meet customer needs when routes need to be adjusted or changed.
- Maintain telephone contact w/dispatcher to receive additional instructions and changes to work locations, etc.
- Able to work some Weekends as needed for events or emergencies, Etc
- Able to use GPS mapping.
- Working both independently and as part of a team.

Septic Install:
- Help Install new systems and equipment according to specifications
- Troubleshoot issues and perform necessary repairs
- Provide training to customers on system operation
- Dig with shovel and use other tools for the job.
*Experience*
- Previous experience as an Installation Technician or in a similar role is a plus but not required, will train on the job.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Minimum Requirements:
* Valid License in NC or SC.
* MUST have a good driving record.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and self-motivated
* Willingness to learn to operate a pump truck and possibly pull/maneuver/back up a long trailer
* Ability to with stand physically-demanding labor including moving and/or lifting up to 100 pounds
* Ability to work in all weather conditions
* Desire to provide excellent customer service
* Must have reliable transportation to work
* Drug and background check.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
* You are regularly exposed to outside weather conditions.
* You are exposed to Loud noise environment due to equipment.
