Kitchen and full first floor renovation complete in St. Davids, PA!

This one came together beautifully. Custom cabinetry with a white oak pantry and island, quartz countertops, and a natural stone backsplash chosen to tie the inside back to the home’s exterior. Paneled appliances surround a 36” Wolf range under a custom plaster hood, with custom white oak beams overhead.

A framed, paneled archway sets the entrance, and illuminated white oak floating shelves with gallery rails add warmth. New oak flooring in the kitchen, a full sand and refinish throughout the first floor, updated in-cabinet and under-cabinet lighting, new pendants and chandelier, and fresh paint finished it off.

Primary bathroom in is complete!

This project went beyond finishes. We relocated the laundry room to the second floor and reworked the footprint, which gave us the space to enlarge the shower and build a master suite layout the homeowners have been hoping for.

Newtown Square kitchen and first floor renovation, complete!

🔨: We took out a load bearing exterior wall to enlarge the kitchen space up, and the result is an open floor plan designed for entertaining. New Pella windows and an added patio door bring in light to brighten the space.

Inside, 7” white oak floors run throughout. Painted custom cabinets are anchored by a large white oak island, including a farm style apron sink. Quartz counters, tile backsplash, v groove ceiling, and paneled appliances round out the space. All new lighting with in cabinet and under cabinet fixtures adds the final touches.

Newtown Square barn renovation is complete!

🔨 - Added a fourth garage bay with a black , full rewire, and new lighting throughout. Exterior finished with and batten siding, black fascia, gutters, and downspouts.

All new windows + garage doors, including a finished room above. Existing pine decking was refinished with epoxy floors installed for durability in the garage.

Exterior was completed with an IPE landing, white vinyl rails, and a new stone walkway.
