Located in the heart of historic Boston, this Wilkinson Mobile Boiler unit is providing temporary steam for one of our customers as they support operations at a brewhouse.

Reliable steam is critical to the brewing process, and we’re proud to help keep production moving while our customer completes their work.

Wilkinson Mobile Boilers, Inc. was on site in downtown Boston this morning providing low-pressure steam to a valued customer after receiving a late-afternoon service call yesterday.

Our team quickly mobilized, test-firing the boiler at our shop last evening before transporting and setting it in place. By 6:30 a.m., the unit was on site and ready to support the customer’s operations.

This is a great example of the responsiveness, teamwork, and dedication that our associates bring to every project—especially when time is of the essence.

Upgrade ⬆️ After➡️ Before

Mike P. and Austin F. recently completed a boiler plant controls modernization project at a hospital on an island off the coast of Massachusetts.

The existing Cleaver-Brooks Hawk lead/lag master control system was upgraded to a new Autoflame MK8 DTI panel, providing improved boiler sequencing, enhanced system visibility, increased reliability and redundancy, and modern communication capabilities for future expansion.

The project included the removal of the existing control hardware, installation of new control panels, integration with the boiler plant equipment, and commissioning of the new Autoflame MK8 DTI system to ensure seamless operation.

Great work by Mike and Austin on delivering another successful controls upgrade for our customer.

One unit is bound for a hospital in New Hampshire for a long-term rental, while the other is headed to a local Air Force Base.

Another successful Mobile Boiler installation in the books👊🏼

Our team recently delivered a long-term Mobile Boiler solution to a hospital in Rhode Island to help ensure uninterrupted operations while critical work is underway. Derek L. and Eric B. handled the installation, while Steve K. completed the startup and commissioning.
