Demo Day is where the transformation begins.
This is the first major step in our renovation process, where we carefully remove the existing spaces to create a clean slate for what’s to come. During demo, old cabinets, countertops, tile, fixtures, and flooring are taken out while we inspect the structure underneath and prepare the space for the rebuild.
It’s one of the most important phases because it allows us to uncover any hidden issues and ensure everything is ready for the new design and installation process. From outdated to upgraded — this is where the vision starts becoming reality.
