Last Friday, August 28, W+J Construction was honored to attend the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new headquarters of 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀. 🎀✂️✨ Bradley Wyrick, Ryan Taylor, Shelley Sutherland and April Murray represented the W+J team at the celebration. We sponsored the morning mocktails 🍊✨🍑 for the event, provided by The Marked Pour. ✨

W+J renovated 6,583 square feet of the existing 9,186-square-foot healthcare facility at 548 Barton Boulevard in Rockledge, formerly occupied by CareMax. The revitalized space now serves as the new home of Lifetime Counseling & Wellness, a service of the 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 that has provided mental health counseling in Brevard County for more than 50 years.

It was a busy summer as W+J Construction completed the renovation of St. Paul's Anglican Church & School's Parish Hall to add four new classrooms, in addition to new flooring, drop ceiling, and mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems throughout the hall. LJA Engineering Interior Renovation in Baytree

Major progress has been made since last month as we near completion of this $1.5 million interior renovation of LJA Engineering's 12,800 sq. ft. office building located at 215 Baytree Blvd. in Melbourne.

𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗧𝗘𝗗:
+ HV/AC activation
+ Ceiling tile installation
+ Overhead lighting installations
+ Flooring - LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tiles) and Carpet Tiles
+ Bathroom Wall and Floor Tile

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗦 / 𝗨𝗣 𝗡𝗘𝗫𝗧:
+ Paint touch-ups
+ Low-voltage electrical in partition walls
+ Office doors installation
+ Glass walls for conference rooms and offices
+ Bathroom partition walls
+ Bathroom cabinets, sinks, faucets and toilets
+ Millwork and under-cabinet lighting
+ Office furniture assembly

The new office will include three conference rooms, 25 offices, two open workstations areas, a new lobby area with reception desk, new restrooms, a cafe room, a coffee bar and additional storage areas.

W+J Construction is proud to announce the completion of 𝗔𝗗𝗗𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗡 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗙𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗖𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗥. The multi-tenant mixed-use building is located in the Addison Village area of West Viera, behind the new Publix and just south of the hospital at 8880 Ivanhoe Dr., Melbourne FL 32940.

𝗔𝗗𝗗𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗡 𝗠𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗟:
Dr. Singh's medical office, Addison Medical, at the west end of the building, celebrated its Grand Opening with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Saturday, August 1. Farallon Fields Amenity Center - Viera

The Viera Company has once again selected W+J Construction to build a new lakefront amenity center for its Farallon Fields neighborhood in Viera. It will consist of a covered restrooms and picnic pavilion, two covered mail pavilions, a pool, tot lot playground, a pup station and bike racks. It is located just to the east of the community model home sales center.
