An Update From TNT Lawncare & More 💡
We've made the difficult decision to discontinue Govee permanent outdoor lighting installations.
This one really hurts because, out of all the services we offer, installing these lights has probably been my personal favorite. There's nothing quite like seeing a house completely transformed when we flip those lights on for the first time!
Unfortunately, over the past couple of months, we've received numerous calls and messages from customers whose lights have suddenly stopped working.
After going back out to troubleshoot, we've found that it's often a faulty extender or a strand of lights that needs to be replaced. These are product failures, not issues with our installation. However, when a customer calls us with a problem, we feel obligated to make it right, even when that means returning to troubleshoot and make repairs at no charge.
And don't even get me started on how frustrating Govee makes their warranty claims process!
At the end of the day, we take pride in our work and stand behind the services we provide. Unfortunately, we can't continue offering a service where product reliability issues beyond our control repeatedly turn into costly return visits.
For the foreseeable future, TNT Lawncare & More will no longer be offering permanent outdoor lighting installations of any kind.
To everyone who trusted us to light up their homes, thank you! We genuinely enjoyed every installation, and I'm disappointed that we've had to make this decision.
We're still here for all your lawn care, landscaping, pressure washing, painting, and other property maintenance needs!
