Fence line ReNeu-ed!
These wonderful clients needed a new section of fence to keep their grown pups corralled. To accommodate some inconveniently placed trees, we had to get tricky with our fence line, rails placement on a couple of sections, and cutouts of fence boards. But in the end we made it beautiful. Steel posts, pressure treated rails, premium redwood fence boards. Fence line ReNeu-ed!

HERITAGE LIVE-EDGE COFFEE-TABLE. My client for whom I just built a fence, asked if I did any other wood work like tables. “I do! I love doing them.”

They had been given a tree-round of redwood that was itself very old and had also been an heirloom for almost a century, just waiting to be crafted into something rustic yet elegant.

After removing debris back to solid wood and sanding it to completely flat, the piece received deep poor epoxy to fill voids, table top epoxy for top coating, and coats of a satin polyurethane to finish.

A handsome heritage piece that will now live inside to serve the family for generations to come.

This section of fence was teetering. With the upcoming prospect of weather and wind, my client wisely decided to replace this section before it became an emergency. 🆘. We used galvanized steel posts each in 100lbs of concrete. We used pressure treated rails and premium redwood fence boards. Another fence ReNeu-ed!

This fence was toast!.It had been braced, patched, and mended. Nothing more could done to preserve it. So it had to be replaced. We used pressure treated posts (each set in 100lbs of concrete and topped with waterproof membrane), pressure treated rails, and premium redwood for boards, apron and cap. Then had it painted to HOA colors by our great partners at B&N Painting. Fence ReNeu-ed!

My clients had a dangerous situation in their entry walkway. The beam holding all of the oversized rafters was completely rotted and threatening to fall on visitors!
We jacked up all the rafters, removed the old rotting beam, replaced with a brand new one, flashed it with bitumen tape and a metal beam-cap. Now it’s stronger than when it was first installed. Framing ReNeu-ed!

My clients’ redwood lap-siding was failing and producing a leak. We stripped the old siding, had to reframe about 60% of the wall, deleting the old windows. Got the side re-wrapped, the new siding on, and then sealed. Side note: we had to build a fun little custom ladder to get access to the upper portion. Don’t fall off of a roof! Siding ReNeu-ed!
