Here is an excellent example of work completed by our crew at Ampla Health-Chico Dental Clinic. OSHPD 3 category requires a dual Hot Water system for redundancy. This project also required a hot water recirculation system with an Aquasat timer, along with a Hot Water Alarm.

We sure do appreciate when extra service is noticed and appreciated.

Just wanted to send a note about Bart and his crew...

I ABSOLUTELY appreciate them coming to fix my water heater today on short notice. This was above and beyond, and I'm grateful for their willingness to hook me up. When Allen left yesterday I was looking at replacing my main shut-off valve, replacing my water heater, completely changing my reverse osmosis filters, and trying to figure out why I had NO flow from the foot pedal valves to the faucet in my sterile room. As soon as they heard it was the pressure valve in the water heater, they knew right away that replacing it would correct all my issues (along with an aerator in my sterile room). They jimmy-rigged it so it stopped leaking right away. The flow outside stopped. My inside pressure was restored. My R.O. system started working again.

I know none of this had anything to do with the work they did, but I am grateful I didn't have to have 2 different plumbers in working on things, especially when the "other guy" would have probably replaced my water heater and my shut-off valve. Please make sure they know how appreciative I am of their help, and let them send me a separate bill for their work today.
