WoodSpring Suites in Sacramento is making great progress!

Framing for all four floors is now complete, and roof truss installation is underway. Rough plumbing has been completed through the third floor, while mechanical, electrical, and fire sprinkler installations are now in progress. On the site, curb installation and final grading activities continue to move forward.

Progress continues to move forward at Bella Vista affordable housing project!

With framing now 100% complete, the team is going full-steam on roofing, exterior siding, lath and plaster, MEP rough-ins, and starting installation of drywall. The team is also taking full advantage of the warm and dry weather with grading the drive aisles and placing curbs.
