HMCI owner, Edward "Hank" Madill, was born and raised in the construction business here in Rockport, Texas. He and his father, Clint E. Madill, were partners for several years as Madill Builders where they worked locally on both residential and commercial construction. His father now does drafting and design for both residential and commercial buildings as Designs by Madill Builders.
