This is the finished deck from the previous post. Trex decking and pvc trims. The deck is over 40 feet long, keeping the deck boards straight was critically important and took some extra time with constant measurements to be certain I wasn't going to have to redo it for free.

This garage had t111 plywood siding that was old, rotting, and delaminating, the window was not operational, and the swing doors didn't close all the way. I replaced the t11 with zip plywood sheathing, replaced the doors (moving one of them) and window, re-roofed it, and finished it with pvc trims and HardiePlank siding to match the house.

This section of this house was growing moss, and the siding was rotting off the building. Installed new flashing systems, building paper, pvc trims, and red cedar shingles at about a 4.5" exposure. Red cedar shingles when properly treated with an oil or quality penetrating stain every 5-10 years will comfortably last 50+ years

This wall was wallpapered with textured wallpaper, and they had some crumbling particleboard shelves that made the room feel dark. They wanted to lighten up the room and have more stable and versatile shelves. I re-sheetrocked the wall, made custom trim to give it a clean look, and made some custom adjustable shelves
