Practical tips to keep warm during a power outage:
• Keep doors closed to rooms that are not necessary to be heated and place rolled up towels at the base of the door
• Bundle up and group together in a southern facing room and open the blinds to allow radiant heat in through the windows.
• Keep moving! You’re stuck inside so take this opportunity to do chores or a simple exercise such as jumping jacks to generate body heat
