Yesterday, we had the privilege of dedicating our newly renovated conference room to someone who has played an instrumental role in shaping who we are today—Dale McGuire.

After years of leadership, commitment, and impact as our Vice President, Dale officially stepped into retirement. To honor his contributions, we held a special dedication ceremony, celebrating not only his career but the lasting mark he’s left on our team and our company.

This space will serve as a daily reminder of the standards he set, the relationships he built, and the legacy he leaves behind.

Our Raleigh, NC office is back at it 🚧

We’re currently in the demolition phase of another project in Raleigh, tackling a full interior gut that includes ceilings, flooring, partitions, fixtures, and select MEP systems. In addition to the interior work, this project also involves temporary shoring, concrete saw cutting, building separation, and a ±5,000 SF partial building raze.

A big shoutout to our partners at John Moriarty & Associates of VA, LLC for their collaboration on this project.

This is just the beginning.

Stay tuned as we transition into asbestos abatement, making this a true turn-key project for our North Carolina team.
