We start by vigorously cleaning the asphalt and use wire brushes to loosen any compact dirt, mildew, debris, etc. Then we prime any oil stains, tamp down any high spots, fill holes with cold patch asphalt, and fill any large cracks with trowelable crack fill. After full preparation we distribute Asphalt Emulsion Sealer/Slurry and apply it with a large brush to provide the best penetration. Finally we barricade the entrance. Our method contains no shortcuts, we do the job right, with the right equipment and the very best of products.
