At Sealing Long Island our goal is to transform your driveway or parking lot back into a beautiful driving surface. Unfortunately, asphalt driveways don’t remain smooth and black forever. ks. Excessive heat, ultraviolet rays and substances such as salt, oil, gas and grease all take their toll. Without protection, that beautiful black driveway eventually can become a lumpy, crumbling mess. You can prevent these problems by sealing. We perform the same service for every client, the “FULL SERVICE”. We start by vigorously cleaning the asphalt and use wire brushes to loosen any compact dirt, mildew, debris, etc. Then we prime any oil stains, tamp down any high spots, fill holes with cold patch asphalt, and fill any large cracks with trowelable crack fill. After full preparation we distribute Asphalt Emulsion Sealer/Slurry and apply it with a large brush to provide the best penetration. Finally we barricade the entrance. Our method contains no shortcuts, we do the job right, with the right equipment and the very best of products. You will be greeted by a friendly, English speaking gentleman whom will gladly explain the whole process and rectify any special needs. We never change our price or add extras, there are no hidden charges what so ever. Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed.
