We are seeking two dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer/ skilled carpenters to join our team. We are based out of Adams Center NY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Duties
Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites.
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely.
Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced tradespeople.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety.
Help with the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding, barricades, and other temporary structures.
Perform physical labor tasks as needed, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on the job site.
Requirements
Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors.
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
Reliable transportation to job sites is required.
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus.
