Project Update: The River Church

The last 2 weeks we have run 12 guys and made a ton of progress. Over 1,000 boards hung, 40,000 sqft insulation nearly completed & a major framing project for risers consisting of 6” & 8” 14 gauge studs is nearing completion. Next week we will closeout framing with another major framing project consisting of 8” 14 gauge studs for the stage.

Thanks to all our guys for the hardwood they have put into this project and the final push to complete it.

It’s rare when you find a company and group of people that are collectively working for the greater good. The culture we are building at Prestige Drywall is a living and breathing example from the book Good to Great by Jim Collins. Proud of the work we are doing. Proud of the people we work with. We are more than colleagues. We are friends, family and in the trenches daily together working to build something that is beyond all of us individually. Project Update: Hogan Taylor

We are in the final weeks of Phase 1 and the project is really starting to come together as some of the detail work is now in progress. Some intricate work, specialty materials and textures will be featured in this space. Proud of the work our guys have put into this one as the GC has recognized and mentioned the craftsmanship.

In honor of Throwback Thursday, Bowen Hefley Orthopedics is a 25,000 sqft project we completed 2024. Scope of work included: exterior & interior metal framing, sheathing, drywall, insulation, acoustic baffles, acoustic ceilings, & drywall grid ceilings.

Project Update Post: The River Church

We’re closing in on the final push until we wrap this one up. Good thing as several projects are on deck to start in the coming weeks. Milestone Superintendent, John & Project Manager, Tanner have been great to work with as we have collaborated throughout to remove obstacles and compress the project timeline.

Phase 2 exterior framing & sheathing is finishing up. Interior framing is finished. Hanging drywall will commence next week. Followed by building a stage & risers while also installing acoustical ceilings.

Phase 1 we nearing completion of punch list items before we install acoustical ceilings to close out this building.

Been a busy few weeks with 5 projects running concurrently spreading across NWA, Little Rock & Hot Springs. Simultaneously, we are prepping for another 5 projects to kickoff within the next 2-3 months. Keeping this momentum rolling with bidding work left and right and more coming soon.
