It does not seem like 10 years, but Smith Electrical Service started our 10th year today.

I understand several folks are planning big celebrations of this monumental occasion. Fireworks, cookouts, taking a day off work - all to help us celebrate our big ONE O. Light the sky and scare the pets - good times all around.

Thanks to all of you that have allowed us to stay in business for a decade, we are grateful. If you have used our services, feel free to post a happy birthday below.

For those of you that has yet to hire us, shame on you. You only have another 20 or so years before I retire so get your sh*t together and hire us for your electrical needs.

Be aware of who you hire to do your electrical work. Getting it done cheap probably means it was done wrong. We found three hidden splices between floors from the last remodel at this home. At least they put one of the three spices in a junction box although it wasn't accessible.

The latest two additions to our fleet. Ron Burgundy, the 3/4 ton dodge, and an 18' pontoon boat that has yet to be named. We do a lot of boat dock work and I was tired of carrying tools up and down the shores. Now we cruise to the docks with everything we need aboard. And if one of the guys catch a fish while en route, we get a free lunch.
