Did you know the National Roofing Contractors Association recommends having your roof professionally inspected TWICE a year (in the fall and spring) for storm damage? By catching small problems before they become major issues you can avoid a more costly roof replacement and prolong the life of your roof!

This is a wall that was showing a leak on the floor inside the dining room & a little moisture on the wall. It was explained to the customer that due to the stone and mortar on the outside of the house not having the correct waterproofing on the wall prior to the stone being installed that the damage to the wall behind the stone was going to be much more significant if we were to open up the wall. The customer was skeptical until we removed the stone and she was in shock to say the least. This is minor compared to some walls that we open up and people are not aware of. Once we opened up the wall we replaced the plywood removed the windows installed the correct flashings reinstalled the windows placed Tyvek on the wall along with a drainage mat and a synthetic lathing material for the stone to adhere to.
