This customer sink was not drowning properly in Petaluma, California as the drain line was improperly sized. Kitchen drain lines should be 2”. Be careful who you have remodeling your kitchens and bathrooms. As their kitchen hasn’t function properly since they’re remodel.

Tub swap out in Sonoma, California. It’s amazing what you would find underneath somebody’s bathtub these days. The last thing you would think to find is a bunch of acorn shells in a dead carcass of a huge rat. This is a reminder that if you have an old tiled shower now is the time to get it inspected.

Rohnert Park, Ca water heater replacement. This install was interesting not only because it was a very tight fit. The original gas line was also stubbed out underneath the water heater. We relocated the gas line from underneath the unit to a safer location. If you’re wondering what the blue tank is installed on the water heater, it is a thermal expansion tank which is required if you have a pressure reducing valve (meaning the incoming water to your home is too high) or a hot water recirculation pump on your plumbing system
