Dear Friends,
This is one of the hardest messages I’ve ever had to write. After 25 years of serving this community—your homes, your families, your everyday lives—I will be closing my business. My health has made it impossible for me to continue, and even though I know this is the right decision, it breaks my heart to step away.
For so many years, my work wasn’t just a job. It was a part of who I was. I woke up every day knowing I’d get to see familiar faces, share a few laughs, swap stories, and feel like I was doing something that mattered. Those small moments—those connections—became the best part of my days. Losing that is what hurts the most.
I want you to know that this isn’t just a business closing for me. It feels like saying goodbye to a chapter of my life that shaped me. You trusted me with your homes, your time, and your loyalty. You welcomed me in, treated me with kindness, and made me feel like I belonged. I will miss that more than I can ever fully express.
Although I am stepping away, I am grateful that someone else will be carrying on the company name. I ask that you give them the same trust, loyalty, and support you have so generously given me. I believe they will continue to serve you with dedication, and I hope you will welcome them as warmly as you welcomed me.
Thank you for every year, every visit, and every bit of support. Thank you for making these 25 years meaningful. I will carry the memories and the gratitude with me as I focus on my health and step into whatever comes next.
