May Pet of the Month: Meet Mando! 🐾
Mando is Jace Brunton's 11-month-old full-bred German Shepherd who’s always ready to play. His favorite activity is fetch, and once he gets started outside, he never seems to run out of energy. Be prepared to burn some energy too, because one of Mando’s favorite games is leaving the ball right in front of you, only to beat you to it at the very last second. And if breakfast is taking too long in the morning? Expect a full-force body slam as Mando’s not-so-subtle way of saying, “It’s time to eat!” 🐶

Please join us in congratulating Dave Siddall, Vice President of Construction at D.A. Dodd, on graduating from Indiana State University this past weekend with his MBA.

This is an incredible accomplishment on its own, but even more impressive when you consider the full life he leads outside of work. In addition to his leadership in the construction industry, Dave is a dedicated husband, proud dad of two boys, a coach for each of their baseball teams and a flag football team, and an active member on committees for several construction industry organizations.

Balancing work, family, community involvement, and graduate school takes discipline and commitment. Dave continues to lead by example, and we are proud to celebrate this well-earned milestone.

Congratulations, Dave! We are excited to see how you continue to put your leadership, experience, and education to work in the years ahead.

This spring, our team enjoyed helping students and community members bloom into their careers at the Pokagon Band College & Career Fair and the New Prairie Community & Career Fair.

These events provided a great opportunity to share more about D.A. Dodd, our people-first culture, and the rewarding careers available within the skilled trades and construction industry.

Investing in people and supporting the communities we serve continues to be at the center of what we do.

As Safety Week comes to a close, we’re reminded that safety is more than a priority on the jobsite, it’s a mindset carried by every member of the team, every day.

This week gave us the opportunity to reinforce the habits, conversations, and accountability that keep our people safe and our projects moving forward the right way. The strength of our teams comes from individuals who stay engaged, look out for one another, and remain committed to doing the job safely and with purpose.

A sincere thank you to all of our employees for their participation and attention throughout the week’s events.

We also want to recognize Shaun Coomey and Steve Palmer for their leadership and dedication in making this week impactful and meaningful across our teams. Their commitment to keeping safety at the forefront helps drive the standard we hold ourselves to every day.
