This project was the addition of a second floor to an existing garage. We created a master suite with a large walk in closet, a bright and comfortable sitting area, custom bathroom, a laundry room with new cabinetry and office space. A useful and serene area for our clients to enjoy for many years to come.

This project brought us back to the coast. It was a ranch style cottage that we added a garage to with a master suite above and completely remodeled the existing building. Two new decks and lots of windows showcase the ocean from almost every space. Couple that with the soaring living room ceiling, fireplace and accent woodwork and you have a space that is beautiful and ready for the owners to enjoy.

This basement remodel was a lot of fun and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. It is an inviting multi use space that has something to offer for everyone in the family. We did share our photos of this project previously, but we had to get Jason at GoodLight Photography to really capture this amazing space.

This addition and remodel created more space and a completely redesigned kitchen. The great room has custom beams, stone fireplace, wet bar and a dining area, making it a perfect comfortable place for the family to spend time. The kitchen remodel involved a complete layout change creating a better flow and a bright airy feeling with new cabinetry and countertops. Lots of kitchen storage and additional family space make this remodel just what the homeowners needed.

This basement remodel created a great new space for the home owners. The light filled family room includes a wet bar for entertaining and custom built cubbies that can double as seating. There is a new 1/2 bath with laundry and an entry space perfect for the beautiful bench the family had. This bright space will get lots of use for years to come!
