Our Herb of the Week - Mullein

Mullein has been used for centuries to sooth and heal the lungs and respiratory system. Mullein tea brings warmth and moisture, and inhaling the tea v***r as it infuses is soothing to the throat and lungs. Some people find healing when they smoke Mullein, we recommend it as a tea, especially with the poor air quality these past few weeks. Do your respiratory system a favor and have a cup of Mullein tea.
