We worked with 4021 Architecture on Okonori, a restaurant serving Japanese cuisine in a space that elevates a sophisticated, fine dining experience.

Neville Engineering provided MEP design to support comfort, ventilation, lighting and the infrastructure needed for day-to-day restaurant operations, all while coordinating with the architectural vision.

Restaurant projects require a careful balance between performance and design. Systems need to work reliably while fitting within a space where layout, finishes and the guest experience are all part of the bigger picture.

We’re proud to have contributed to a project where thoughtful design and practical engineering work together.

Some of the smallest occupants can have a big impact on how a building needs to perform.

Daycare facilities include classrooms, activity areas, rest spaces, kitchens, restrooms, administrative areas, and shared spaces that all come with different needs for comfort, safety, reliability, and daily use.

That is where thoughtful MEP design comes in. Ventilation, temperature control, lighting, power, plumbing, and life safety coordination all play a role in making childcare environments comfortable, functional, and dependable.

For Neville Engineering, the process starts with understanding how the building will be used. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems should support the long-term operation of the building.

The goal is simple: create reliable building systems that help the space work the way it should, every day.

A fitness studio has to work just as hard as the people using it.

Comfort, ventilation, lighting, power, and plumbing are all critical as occupancy changes throughout the day and the space supports constant movement, equipment, and repeated classes.

Neville Engineering has supported MEP designs for PVOLVE locations throughout the country, including ones in CT, VA, GA, FL, TN, IN, TX, KY, AZ, & OR.

This project has given our team the opportunity to apply a consistent engineering approach across multiple sites while still responding to the conditions of each individual space.

Fitness and wellness environments require mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems that support comfort, performance, safety, and daily operations. The goal is straightforward: design practical building systems that support the brand, the people using the facility, and the team responsible for building and operating it.

Our clients are at the center of how we work.

From early project coordination to quick-moving construction timelines, Neville Engineering focuses on being a responsive MEP engineering resource for architects, developers, contractors, and building owners.

Every project depends on clear communication, practical design decisions, and building systems that support the way the space will be used. That is why we work to provide mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering solutions that are thoughtful, efficient, and aligned with the needs of the full project team.

We are grateful for our clients and the trust they continue to place in Neville Engineering.

Northwood Station is a 148-unit multifamily community taking shape in Wood Dale, Illinois.

Neville Engineering partnered with Holladay Properties and Holladay Construction Group to provide MEP engineering support for the project.

In multifamily development, the work behind the walls matters. HVAC systems, electrical infrastructure, plumbing design, ventilation, and code coordination all play a role in creating a building that is comfortable, efficient, and reliable for long-term use.

We look forward to seeing Northwood Station continue to take shape.

Project schedules keep moving, and engineering decisions need to keep pace.

As Neville Engineering continues to support commercial projects across the country, responsiveness remains an important part of how we work. We take the time to understand the issue, communicate clearly with the project team, and help keep design decisions moving forward.

Fast timelines do not change the need for thoughtful engineering. Our focus is on practical MEP solutions that work for the building, coordinate with the overall design, and give architects, contractors, developers, and owners the information they need to move forward.

Neville Engineering brings the same approach to every project: practical design, clear communication, and reliable follow-through.

Our team enjoyed meeting engineering students at Purdue University’s Industrial Roundtable and learning more about their interests, experience, and goals for the future.

We especially enjoyed talking with students who were comfortable discussing their work, asked thoughtful questions about real projects, and were curious about how engineers collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and other disciplines.

That matters at Neville Engineering. Technical ability is essential, but strong MEP engineers also need to communicate clearly, understand how buildings are used, and work well with the broader project team.

As we continue to grow, we are always looking for future engineers who are interested in practical mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design for commercial buildings.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to meet our team.

It's always good to spend some time together outside the office.

Last month's golf outing gave the Neville Engineering team a chance to step away from project work, get out on the course, and enjoy some friendly competition.

Cost-conscious engineering does not mean choosing the cheapest system.

It means designing the right system.

Oversized equipment, unnecessary complexity, and specifications that do not match how a building will actually operate can all add cost without adding value.

At Neville Engineering, we start with what the building genuinely needs and design around the right balance of capacity, performance, reliability, and budget.
