AMLI 808 at 808 N Wells Chicago IL is an innovative, upscale apartment building located in the downtown of Chicago. When complete, it will consist of 17 stories with 318 apartments, three floors of unique amenity spaces and a rooftop terrace. AMLI 808 is being built to achieve LEED Gold® certification. This project is slated to be complete in late spring 2021!

Bonus Electric would like to commend all our field and office workers that have been a part of this project since ground break in the Spring of 2020. We would also like to commend AMLI Residential, Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture, Walsh Construction Company, Norr Architects Engineers Planners, as well as our vendors and subcontractors that have helped us get this successful project to this point. We look forward to seeing our team’s dedication to perform quality work to lead us to a great addition to the downtown Chicago community.

Project Spotlight

The 801 at 801 S Oak Park is a residential & commercial development project located in the Southtown community of Oak Park, IL, which will be completed in 2021. This new development is a 4-Story building with a total of 37 dwelling units. The ground floor includes Commercial/Retail Suites & Work Studios. The upper floors include modern contemporary energy-efficient dwelling units with access to the upper level lounge. The site is ideally located one block away from the CTA Blue and PACE bus line services.

Bonus would like to commend all our field and office workers that have been a part of this project since groundbreaking in the Winter of 2020. We would also like to commend The Community Builders, Joseph J. Duffy Construction Company, Design Bridge Architects, as well as our vendors and subcontractors that have helped us get this successful project to this point. We look forward to seeing this dedication and quality work by all team members lead us to a finalized great addition to the Oak Park community.

Project Spotlight: The Sheridan at Green Oaks

Landmark West Loop located at 1035 W Van Buren St Chicago, IL is a residential development is in Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood. It is a 30-story tower in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Chicago. It includes a total of 300 units with spectacular views.

Bonus would like to commend all of our field and office workers that were a part of this project from initial ground break to the Fall 2017 completion. We would also like to commend Related Midwest, Lendlease, GREC Architects, dbHMS Engineering as well as our vendors and subcontractors that have helped us get this successful project to completion.
