Looks like we have another fun one on our hands. It's been leaking for a while now. It could have been worse. Luckily it's not as bad as it looks. We definitely have our work cut out for us on this one.

We had some fun the last couple of days. Of course we did this on the hottest days between spontaneous wind gusts and thunderstorms. Stay hydrated and have a safe weekend.

This place has changed a lot since we did the roofs back in April. They recently had some trees taken down too, which really opened the place up.
Over the last several weeks we've replaced a few windows, installed vinyl siding, soffit, facia, and bent aluminum encasements for the doors and a few windows. It looks like a whole new place. I didnt get too many before or during pictures but here's a few.

P.s. they should be about wrapped up staining that log cabin. I'll be sure to get those pictures posted soon.

Finishing up another custom order today; this time it’s for a new company in the area, Picture Perfect Remodeling. I like their slogan, and the owner has been great to work with!

Looks like we're on track to be wrapping this up early next week. Tile is grouted, the edges still need silicone grout. Flooring is going down. I cant wait to see how it all looks at the end.

We've been hard at it. Drywall is ready for final sand and the shower is ready for grout. Then we're onto the downstairs flooring. It's been a crazy last few weeks. Rest up boys. Monday comes fast.

It's coming along nicely. We're hoping to finish up Monday or Tuesday. Finding the right size logs has been most of the challenge.

Working hard at it. Tile is going in. Drywall is being slapped in mud. We should be back on flooring next week.

They're ready for us to come back and make a few more repairs. Here's a sneak peak at the color sample as well. It's ready for stain as soon as I finish repairs. I have to wait until Friday for the logs but should have it finished up for them to start staining by the middle of next week. It's been an honor and a privilege to work on this beauty.
