While applying a beautiful coat of high solids silicone top coat to finish this restoration system.....

The process was simple yet very effective.....

1. Thoroughly clean the old
2. Seal all the seams, penetrations, holes, & and other problem areas with high solids polyurethane sealant
3. Encapsulate the entire using (polyurethane coating)
4. Apply final using high solids silicone top coat

This comes with a 15 year warranty and saved the owner thousands of dollars compared to replacement of the roof.....

Not to mention the of the new roof system will save them enough money to recoup their investment in 5-7 years....
