Looking for a skilled HVAC Tech. Must be Maryland licensed journeyman. Must be able to run service calls, system installation including ductwork, and be able to make proper duct transitions in the field for system change outs. TECH MUST BE DRUG FREE, ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECKS AND CLEAN DRIVING RECORD. Applicant will be sent for drug screening before being hired and will also be subject to random screenings during time of employment. Tech needs to be out going and able to communicate with customers. Applicant must be reliable, independent, have a great work ethic and have confidence and must take pride in everything they do. Need to have own hand tools, power tools and gauges.

HOMEOWNERS BE AWARE of what companies you hire to fix your heating system!
We recently found a cracked heat exchanger in a gas furnace that was serviced by 2 other local hvac companies and they both determined the furnace to be in good working order. The homeowner did not have much faith in these other companies so they decided to call us Lucas heating and cooling, after checking out the furnace with the proper tools and test instruments we found a crack in the heat exchanger.
