Function.
It’s one of the most common things we hear when clients come to us.
How will we use this space? How can we use it better?
This room is a great example.
Tucked into the third-floor attic, this small area was once little more than storage—you couldn’t comfortably stand in it, let alone imagine it as usable living space.
Our clients saw something different.
The original plan was to capture the space for a tub room off the primary bedroom.
Then life happened: baby #3 was on the way, and the plan evolved with the family.
Now, this once-unused attic space will begin its next chapter as a nursery, conveniently located just off the primary bedroom. And when the nursery is no longer needed? It has the flexibility to become a home office.
Good design isn’t always about creating more space. Sometimes, it’s about seeing more possibility in the space you already have.
