🏡 This beautiful home got a major glow-up! The roof was upgraded to a CertainTeed Landmark Designer series shingle in the “Weathered Wood” Color! This shingle is a Class 3 hail impact resistant shingle. When using a Class 3 shingle, you are eligible for a potential home insurance rate reduction. We also re-did the window screens all the way around. Looking sharp!

🧐 Before any construction occurs, we perform an inspection in your attic space to ensure there are no water or ac lines too close to the roof deck. This is a great risk for a potential nail to puncture a line due to not being up to code. While some areas are difficult to see, we do our best to prevent these events from happening. We also perform a post-construction inspection to ensure no lines are hit. We also check that the AC roof flashing is sealed properly, and your water heater flashing if in the attic as well. This particular attic was spray-foamed but we still made it work! Not to mention it was actually nice and cool up there for it being the hottest day of the summer so far.
