🌿✨ Some projects are just special… this one in Roseville really hit home. From family moments to beautiful design, it’s got it all. ❤️

🚜 Roseville Transformation in Progress! 💪

We’re out here with Scott and Megan from Roseville, CA, creating a full landscape makeover / front and back! 🙌

The project includes:
✅ 7 irrigation zones
✅ Smart Wi-Fi controller
✅ Water-efficient design
✅ Commercial fabric & lighting
✅ DG walkways
✅ 4" gray flattop curbs
✅ Onyx fountain centerpiece 💎
✅ Small paver patio 🍷
✅ Rock, bark, and beautiful new foliage throughout 🌸

We started by correcting the grade, installing all-new irrigation, and setting the stage for a clean, modern, low-maintenance yard.

And today made it even more special, it’s Scott’s birthday! 🎉 His mom called during the project to add a new back lawn as her surprise gift. She even wrote him a poem and mentioned the Sprinkler Logic team in it, such a thoughtful moment to be part of. ❤️

The fountain quickly became the star of the show, it’s made of solid onyx and glows beautifully at night. The hidden reservoir gives the illusion that the water spills right into the ground , such a cool effect that ties the whole space together. 💦💎

We wrapped up the lighting with a 300-watt Kichler transformer and warm Alliance landscape lights , plenty of walkway lighting for safety and ambiance, plus spotlights to highlight the new foliage. 💡

The small paver patio will provide a perfect spot for Scott and Megan to sit back and enjoy a nice glass of vino as they take in the view. 🍷 I’m so excited for them, they’ve been so much fun to work with! 🙏

Next week we’ll be installing the fresh new sod, setting boulders, adding decorative rock, more plants, and a ton of love. ❤️ We’re wrapping up soon ,this Roseville yard is about to come alive! 🌿✨

🚜 Kathy’s Orangevale Transformation! 🌿✨

Kathy has been a loyal customer for over 8 years, and this season she decided it was time to go all in on a full yard makeover. And wow… what a project this turned out to be! 💪

Here’s what we tackled:
✅ 8 brand-new irrigation zones 💦
✅ 30 yards of gorilla hair mulch 🌲
✅ 80 yards of old landscape removed 🛻
✅ 6,000 sq. ft. of fresh Kentucky Bluegrass/Fescue sod 🌱
✅ 300+ ft. of crisp new curbing to frame the lawn 🔲
✅ 180 ft. of drain line with sewer and drain pipe tied into the downspouts, plus a couple of strategic catch basins 💧
✅ A WiFi timer so everything runs straight from her phone 📱

But we didn’t stop there… once the backyard was complete, Kathy said: “Let’s do the front too!” 😅 Twice the size, new sprinklers, more curbing, and we’re topping it off with 15 yards of slate for a clean, modern look. 🪨🔥

👏 Huge shout-out to Carlos, Tristan, and Bohdan — you guys did an amazing job! Couldn’t have done it without you. I truly have an incredible team, and I’m so blessed to work alongside you every day. 🙏💚

This job was a true team effort (our tractors definitely earned their keep 🚜😂), and the results are stunning. Kathy was a pleasure to work with, and we couldn’t be prouder of this transformation.

🌿 Sprinkler Logic in Colusa, CA – A Special Project 🌿

This job has been more than just another project—it’s been personal. We’ve had the privilege of working for John and Nancy, and this one truly hits close to home—John is my dad’s first cousin. Through this process, I’ve learned some wonderful things about my dad and gained a deeper connection to my own history. ❤️

For this transformation, we removed an old, dead lawn 🌾, jackhammered out the existing patio 🛠️, completely regraded the front property 🚜, and installed new four-inch flat-top curbs 🏡. We also created a stunning two-colored stamped concrete entryway 🎨 leading to the front door and finished it off with all-new lush sod 🌱✨.

To keep everything modern, water-efficient, and easy to manage, we upgraded the sprinkler system 💦 with new valves, filters, regulators, and a state-of-the-art Hunter WiFi timer 📱—helping John and Nancy stay ahead of the game in water conservation while keeping their new yard looking perfect!

🙌 Huge shoutout to Carlos, Tristan, and Bohdan, who worked hard to make this vision a reality! The results speak for themselves, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.

Another One Down! 💪🌿

We just wrapped up a fantastic project for Barbara, and she was an absolute pleasure to work with! She wanted something simple and low maintenance, and we delivered just that—a clean and polished front and backyard transformation.

✨ Scope of Work:
✅ Simple cleanup
✅ Sleek grey top concrete curbs
✅ Fresh new sod
✅ A clean finish with Lodi brown rock

Big shoutout to Bohdan, Carlos, and Tristan for their meticulous work! This one came with its fair share of challenges—dodging about nine different utilities in the front yard, including electricity, sewer, water, data, irrigation, and even fire lines. But our crew handled it like pros, and everyone came out unscathed.

Danielle’s Project – Complete!

What an incredibly fun and satisfying project! We pushed through the rain, and somehow, the weather worked in our favor—it cleared up exactly when we needed it, only to start raining again on completion day, as if it were all part of the plan.

Carlos and Bo Bo handled everything like true champions of their trade, bringing skill, dedication, and heart to every detail. The results? Stunning.

✔️ Grey concrete flatwork for a sleek and modern foundation
✔️ Capped retention benches for both function and style
✔️ All-new lighting and irrigation to enhance the space
✔️ Beautiful palms and maples for that peaceful, zen vibe
✔️ A charming citrus area with grey compacted DG, sealed and neatly framed with new flat-top curbs
✔️ 3” slate top dressing to finish it all with a polished look
✔️ Approximately 200 feet of new sewer and drain pipe for a top-tier landscape drainage system
