Tropical oasis in Northern California
I’ll share a few of the plants used in this this build
Swipe to learn something 🙂
1 - Spanish Lavender
One of my favorite flowering shrubs for adding color and fragrance. It blooms for months with purple flowers and attracts bees and butterflies while staying relatively low maintenance. Super draught tolerant
2 - Kangaroo Paw
A unique Australian native known for its vibrant flowers and long bloom season. Hummingbirds love it, and it adds a bold pop of color that stands out from typical landscape plants. Funky cool plant
3 - Lomandra ‘Platinum Beauty’
A tough, drought-tolerant grass that adds soft texture and movement to the landscape. It stays clean, looks great year-round, and handles both heat and cold with very little upkeep. If you suck at keeping plants alive, try this.
4 - King Palm
A fast-growing palm with a smooth trunk and lush tropical appearance. It brings a resort-style feel to the landscape without taking up a ton of space.
5 - Date Palm
A classic statement palm that instantly creates a grand, resort-like look. Its massive canopy and iconic trunk make it a focal point in any landscape.
6 - Queen Palm
One of the most popular palms for adding a tropical vibe. Its graceful, arching fronds create movement and shade while giving the yard a relaxed, vacation feel.
