Been a while since I've done a full tear out/install. Good to know I still got it, but definitely feeling worn today. Tear out, w**d mat, low voltage lighting plumbed, converted to drip, and soil amendment be cause the clay in West Roseville is no joke. Salt and pepper rock to come. Yay.....😶

My commercial landscape maintenance company is expanding. I am in need of 1 of 2 people:

1. You have little to know experience and are looking to learn the industry, willing to listen and take instruction. Three days a week you would be on route with myself, I would train you during those first few weeks in hopes that a few months down the line Id hire another employee to run some of the route with you. Pay would start at 20$ per hour, on payroll with workmans comp.

2. You have noted credible experience and can be trusted and depended on to work alone. Two days of the three you would be tasked with two properties a day minimum DOE. You would be provided with a truck and all the equipment needed for that day. The third day we would be working together to tackle my largest commercial property. pay starts at 20$ DOE to 25$ per hour on payrolls with workmans comp.

Either applicant would be asked to meet at yard in Roseville and head out each day at 6am. Typical day is 6am to 2:30 at yard. Please include credible work experience or resume with contact information.
