We made a huge transformation in a small space! What was a once a bare spot and a door going to nowhere, now is a nice sitting area. The owners had a vision, and we brought the tools!! Holy cow did this one turn out nice! This 20’ by 14’ pavilion provides tons of shade and makes a great place to entertain. Plenty of room for a large tv and that 60” Lanai gas stove will keep you warm watching football games! The vinyl arches add a touch of class and take this pavilion to the next level. From the board and batten steel siding to the stone veneer, there are special details all over this one! Thank you to Jon and Amy Bateman for trusting us to make their dream come true!! Some jobs take longer than others! We started this project about a year ago and today, we finished it!! But we think it was worth the wait. Thank you to Shawn and Mindy Agne for trusting us on this project and being patient with us throughout the process. This 36’ x 24’ porch addition sure adds some valuable entertaining and recreational space for this growing family. This is going to be the perfect spot for kids birthday parties and watching some football games on the weekends. The fireplace adds warmth and ambiance to this enormous outdoor living space. We are making great progress on this 14’x20’ pavilion in Fort Recovery despite working in a sauna all week!! This is going to be a thing of beauty when it’s all done!
