First project in Fort Worth, TX and we hit the ground running.

This 1,800 sq ft area between the building and retaining wall had major drainage issues, with water making its way into the apartment units. We excavated and regraded the entire space, creating a centered valley that runs from the back of the property all the way to the parking lot to properly direct runoff.

To lock everything in and elevate the finish, we installed a 12”x6” concrete curb around the full perimeter—graded to match project elevation—allowing us to set the pavers flush with the curb for a clean look and zero trip hazards.

We laid charcoal grey concrete brick in a herringbone pattern, following the valley line with no cuts through the center to ensure smooth water flow. Finished with grey polymeric sand, compacted tight for a solid, seamless surface.

Clean drainage. Sharp finish. Another problem solved.

Excited to complete our first project in Fort Worth and looking forward to many more.

This was a truly unique project for a customer in Roswell, NM. We designed a private driveway using NM red rock, installed elegant paver patios that seamlessly matched the home’s brick, and laid down fresh Bermuda sod with a full sprinkler system for lasting greenery.

The highlight? A custom-built, pondless waterfall, crafted from a Studebaker truck bed, with granite and quartz enhancing the water flow—powered by premium Aquascape materials. A one-of-a-kind feature that blended history with nature.

Unfortunately, the devastating October flood in Roswell completely destroyed this project. While it was heartbreaking to see, we take pride in the craftsmanship and vision that went into it. Landscaping isn’t just about structures—it’s about creating experiences, even if nature has other plans.
