Water filtration.

We did a startup today for our whole home water filter today on our East Cobb build. This setup is fully automated, and lasts 10 years in between filter changes.

Filtered water means longer service intervals on your tankless, healthier water, and no chemicals leaching into your piping. A worth while investment in our opinion. Those of you with a keen eye will note the 200 gallon per day Reverse Osmosis filter at the bottom, this supplies the fridge water only.

One of our builds is getting a pickleball court .

You may want to keep a few things in mind when building :

- The USPA minimum court size may feel tight for some players, we opted for 34x64

- When using concrete a v***r barrier is critical. Any moisture driving through to the surface will impact the coatings ability to adhere.

- Lighting is fairly straight forward, your lighting company can do a parametric study and advise you on minimum foot candles for different levels of play. Don’t forget conduit during the concrete phase, these posts are tall a good footing is required too.

- the coatings and cushX play surface are very specialized and expensive. Many colors are available. This is a combo of performance green, Forrest green and a gray kitchen.
