10 Years we have been open with the help of people and contractors around the community. What started with a pickup truck and an entrepreneurial spirit has grown into a thriving business with 6 employees, five trucks and a shop!

Don't spite the small beginnings, we are thankful to be where we are and look forward to the years to come.

Temps are going to plummet later this week, be prepared for it.
We have had a dry winter so make sure any water hoses outside are disconnected, put buckets over yard hydrants and wrap wall hydrants.

Check sprinkler timers and make sure they are set to off.

Leave a faucet dripping towards the end of your house if you don't have great insulation. It's gonna get cold and stay below freezing for several days.

Put towels in your window seals for older windows , close your curtains as much as you feel comfortable doing so. This will help keep heat in.

If you are using electric heaters, don't plug two into outlets in the same room, avoid using extension cords.

Heat pump people, know that the system is not broke if it's not making Hot air, most houses in the valley do not have enough back up heat due to electrical restrictions or poor installation so the air may only feel luke warm. It will make ice on the outside and will be noisy on occasion. It's normal operation.
For those traveling for work make sure your gas tank is full before you leave, throw an extra coat in the car just because.

Tech tip of the day, be sure you tighten all wiring connections on unit breakers, this is what it looks like when 60 amps of power travels through a loose wire. Did not kick the breaker in the unit just melted the wires in half.
