Professional development is built on clear benchmarks, measurable achievements, and a commitment to long-term goals.
I’m proud to recognize my son Brennen and the discipline he has demonstrated in setting and exceeding those standards. Brennen graduated with a 4.0 GPA, earning a business degree with summa cm laude honors—an achievement that reflects both focus and consistency.
He is now continuing that momentum by pursuing his MBA at University of Hartford, further strengthening his professional and leadership foundation. At the same time, he is advancing in the electrical trade, working part-time as an electrician while gaining real-world experience and building financial independence during his college years.
Looking ahead, his goals are clearly defined: becoming a certified electrician and obtaining his electrical license by the end of 2026.
This is what professional growth looks like—setting the bar high, putting in the work, and following through with purpose.
Proud of the work ethic, the direction, and the commitment to excellence.
I would also like to thank Brian and Todd that continues to Mentor his leadership role.
