The latest bathroom remodel completed.
This remodel included :

-heated floor
-all new door and trim
-custom tile shower(with almost 700 tile), 2 niches, and
added shelf at the upper back of the shower
- granite vanity and shower shelves
-wood ceiling
-lots of of lighting including shower light, fan/light setup,
vanity and mirror lights.
-glass shower slider

A lot of attention to details in this bathroom. Even the smallest details are gonna make the projects better.

From an old fiberglass shower, tongue and groove ceiling and press board panels on the walls. This Bathroom is getting an update with new floor tile, shower with a black granite shelves and curb, 2 niches for plenty of storage. We added an upgraded bathroom fan and installed pre finished bamboo on the ceiling as the customer loves the wood look. Stay tuned for the finished product working on the shower tile currently as we wait for the shower and vanity stone to be fabricated. Thanks for looking.

Trying something new in a post. 12x24 tiles over a heated floor system. This gonna be another warm and toasty floor this winter.

Wrapped up a small tile job this week where the customer also took advantage of the open space and had us paint the walls,new trim, and doors. This tile was really nice and an easy install.

Some more tile work, customer wanted to incorporate 4x4 nautical tile into the backsplash. New lights, range hood and updated the electrical outlets and switches. The window sill got an upgrade to 3/4 stone. We stained the toe kick on the kitchen to a close color match to the floor. New stone tops in both the bathrooms. And some tile detail on a beam near the kitchen.

What the customer wants we do what we gotta do to make it happen. We're a couple days away from wrapping this bathroom up. New shower with 3x12 tile, black on black niches . Nice gray toned tile floor and cabinets we had the challenge of staining with a sun bleached white wash stain. And how could i forget the ship lathe wall. Still have to grout the shower walls, finish the plumbing along with a few other finishing details. Finished pictures coming soon

This was a floor replacement due to subfloor damage. After a full demo of multiple layers of subfloor we found even more fun stuff. After fixing and beefing up the joices a little more, we put down new 3/4 subfloor and now it's solid. Customer picked out lvp flooring from MSI. New trim and a primer coat on the new Sheetrock and we're done. We will be back again to paint the walls and trim, last minute add on by the customer. And on to the next bathroom.
