Does your regular mowing service include leaf cleanup? 🍂 It depends on the service agreement. Some maintenance plans include ongoing leaf work, while other properties may have a leaf-cleanup surcharge for the extra time. Another option is to continue mowing as conditions allow and schedule a larger cleanup later in the season. How would you rather handle your leaves—little by little or one larger cleanup?

15,000+ steps, 8+ hours in the field, and running solo today… but honestly, it was a GOOD day. 🙌🌱

We’re hitting it HARD this week with aerations, overseeding, and fall lawn applications, so mowing is taking a little bit of a back burner while we take advantage of this fall weather.

If you haven’t signed up for aeration and overseeding yet… what are you doing to your lawn?! 😂

Some of the BEST lawns are built in the fall. Aeration helps open up that soil, overseeding introduces fresh grass varieties, and this cooler weather gives that new grass a great opportunity to get established.

Today was long, but production was solid, customers were awesome, and for the most part everything just went smoothly.

Running a business is always going to have its ups and downs, so you have to appreciate the days when everything clicks.

Season is winding down, but we’re definitely not slowing down yet. 💪🌱

🟠 NO—YOUR MOWER ISN’T RUSTING!

Have you ever finished mowing and noticed orange powder covering your shoes, mower tires, deck, or engine?

That orange dust is most likely lawn rust, a fungus that commonly appears during late summer and early fall. It thrives when grass is growing slowly because of heavy morning dew, shade, moisture, or low nitrogen.

The good news: lawn rust is usually cosmetic and rarely kills an established lawn.

✅ Mow regularly
✅ Water deeply in the morning
✅ Avoid watering at night
✅ Apply the proper fall fertilizer
✅ Blow or rinse the spores off your equipment
