Plans have been completed by Rob Sanders Designer (CPBD) for a Ranch Estate in Liberty Hill, Texas. In addition to this 7500 sq ft Home is a 2300 sq ft Outdoor living area, BBQ Kitchen, Dining, and Sitting area with a large Fireplace. In true Texas Ranch style the Outdoor Living is incorporated as a Breezeway / Dog Run through the middle of the house. This allows for southern summer breezes to flow from the front to the back. The breezeway separates the main house from the Game Room, Media Room, Bar and Guest Quarters.

This recently completed home remodel is in Granite Shoals, Texas on the shores of Lake LBJ. This project has a new garage addition along with an office/exercise room above it all designed to work around a large existing tree. The renovation also includes extending/enhancing the "lake side" living areas to better utilize the lake view. The master bath was also totally redesigned and a large walk in closet was added.
