RECOMMENDED USES: LIQUID TPO® BIO Flashing Grade may be applied to metal, modifieds, stainless steel, thermoplastic roofing materials, and masonry products. It bonds to wood, steel, fiberglass, aluminum and most plastics. It may also be used with reinforcement textiles, fiberglass, and polyester.

APPLICATION: Apply evenly at a surface temperature of 35° F or greater. Apply on a clean, dry surface. Do NOT apply over moisture in or on roof deck. Use protective hand gloves and trowel or stiff brush when applying.

RECOMMENDED USES: Liquid TPO® Primer is primarily used to increase adhesion when products are applied over EPDM, Hypalon, TPO, Modifieds, concrete, etc.

APPLICATION: Thoroughly mix contents in container before use. Do NOT apply over moisture in or on roof deck. Apply at a rate of 1 gallon per 150-200 square feet. Liquid TPO® Primer should be applied evenly at a surface temperature of 30° F or greater. It can be applied with a roller, brush, squeegee, or sprayer. Apply 2 coats over concrete

RECOMMENDED USES: LIQUID TPO® BIO Stain Blocker is used as a blocker/sealer over asphalt products before the white finish coat is applied. It may be applied to metal and thermoplastic membranes. Apply over all cured asphalt-based products.

APPLICATION: Surface to be treated must be clean and dry. Do NOT apply over moisture in or on roof deck. For best results, apply with a sprayer at a rate of 2-4 gallons per 100 square feet and wait 24 hours before applying top coat. Apply evenly at a surface temperature of 35° F or greater. If there is bleed through after the first pass, apply another pass of LIQUID TPO® BIO Stain Blocker.

This product may be applied over most roofing materials such as metal seams, BUR, Modified Asphalt Membranes, Single-Plies(TPO, PVC, EPDM, Hypalon), butyl tape and polyester.

APPLICATION:
Surface to be treated must be clean and dry. If necessary, remove all dirt, grease, loose debris and residue before applying. Do NOT apply over moisture in or on roof deck. LIQUID TPO® BIO SEAM SEALER may be applied with a brush or extruded. Apply evenly at a surface temperature of 35° F or greater. When applying to thermoplastics, concrete, or other masonry surfaces, use a recommended primer.
