Not every renovation needs to be a complete gut job. Some times some new fixtures and some small updates can transform a space. In this small bathroom we reglazed the existing tub, installed a new tile floor, vanity, toilet and bathroom fixtures, did a fresh coat of paint and what a difference it made.
