Today is World Plumbing Day. Plumbing is recognized as a highly skilled and needed trade all over the world.

Here are a few reasons why Plumbing and Good Plumbers are IMPORTANT:
1. Plumbers are key in providing and maintaining Public Health & Safety
2. We all rely on water EVERY single day. Drinking, bathing, cleaning. Things as simple as brushing are teeth are available because a Plumber made it so.
3. Plumbers use technology, experience and skill to provide us water and maintain sanitary conditions in our homes & businesses.
4. Some Plumbers are equipped to provide Emergency services when you need it.
5. Skilled plumbers are not a joke. In an every changing world of technology and advances - their education is constant. Every job is different. They are constantly adapting to change.

Plumbers navigate traffic, access issues, pricing wars, gas wars, negativity and people who just don't want to pay.

If you see a Plumber today - say Thank you :)

Consumer Tip: There are alot of misleading and false sites out there to get your business. The hard part is they will use YOUR FAVORITE company's info and names to get you to click or call. These sites pay for position and pretend they are someone else.

When you are looking for your favorite companies - make sure you look for the following:

1. Verify the Company Name. Even when you put in a specific name - others pay to bring up their own name.
2. Look at the URL or Link that is being used. Some say one thing and take you somewhere else.
3. Look at the area code - most local companies will share your local area code.
4. Listen how they answer the phone. Most referral companies will answer with generic words like 'Plumbing' or 'Electric'. When you ask them if they are who you are looking for - they will say Yes. They are not.

We are seeing this more and more. It causes real customer confusion and often we get called only to find out they booked with someone else. It's a crazy world. Be careful out there! :)

1. Plumbing requires on-site problem-solving in unique and challenging situations that require dexterity and adaptability.
2. Plumbers work in varied settings from New Construction to Residences, each with unique plumbing systems.
3. Plumbers communicate info and reasssurance and answer questions specific to varied jobs.
4. Plumbing requires physical manipulation and complex problem-solving.
If you want job security, good wages, lower education expenses a chance to enchance your skills and abilities... be a PLUMBER :)
