Key Responsibilities-
* **Project Leadership:** Supervise, guide, and manage a team of landscapers and hardscapers in the successful ex*****on of projects. Ensure all work is performed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards.
* **Quality Control:** Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring the quality of all work meets or exceeds company and industry standards.
* **Scheduling & Coordination:** Plan and organize day-to-day operations, ensuring materials, equipment, and manpower are available and used effectively.
* **Safety & Compliance:** Uphold a strict safety protocol on all job sites. Ensure that all team members adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
* **Client Interaction:** Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients. Address any concerns or questions in a timely and courteous manner.
* **Training & Development:** Mentor and train crew members to improve their skills and efficiency, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.
* **Problem-Solving:** Resolve issues that arise on-site, whether they involve technical aspects of the project or team dynamics. Adapt plans as necessary to meet the needs of the job.

Qualifications-
* **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years in landscaping or hardscaping, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
* **Knowledge:** Strong understanding of landscaping and hardscaping principles, including plant selection, materials, installation techniques, and equipment operation.
* **Leadership:** Proven track record of managing and motivating a team in a fast-paced environment.
* **Physical Fitness:** Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions.
* **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to liaise with clients, suppliers, and team members effectively.
* **Valid Driver’s License:** Clean driving record and ability to operate company vehicles and equipment.
* **Certifications:** Relevant certifications (e.g., ICPI, NCMA) are a plus but not required.
