Roof we did in Toledo, OH. for a previous customer. There was five layers of roofing on the front and three on the back! All old fascia board and aluminum wrap was removed, along with old chimney flashing and gutters.. A few areas of rotted decking was replaced, followed by ice and water shield on the eave and rake edges and valleys, new aluminum drip edge, synthetic underlayment nailed down with cap nails, starter roll on eave and rake edges, followed by architectural shingles using six nails per shingle. Galvanized valley pans were installed with an open valley look. All new wood fascia board was installed, followed by custom bent aluminum fascia wrap. New aluminum gutters and downspouts were installed, followed by gutter guard. Chimney received new flashing as well, along with both vents pipes. Caulk was used as needed. Very satisfied customer! After 8 full days of yard clean-up and 4- 20 yard dunpsters... we moved onto this siding. First two sections from the bottom were completely rotted, so new 1/2" plywood was put on. Windows then got flashing tape, then wood was covered with housewrap and secured with cap nails. J-channel was installed, followed by double 4" dutch lap siding. Everything was caulked as needed. Few cedar boards that were rotted were replaced at the bottom and given a fresh coat of paint. Dirt and such was moved back after lift was removed from area. Next week we are onto building a deck in rear of same home. Big thanks to my helper, Javin Warner. Thanks for viewing and feel free to share!

Tub replacement, surround walls, trim, and caulk for a customer in Cygnet, OH. Also, replaced several water lines, two faucets, other shower valve, etc., some drain work, and a few other things. These were the only pictures I took. Very happy customer. Thanks for viewing and feel free to share!

Five square garage roof we did for a previous customer in Toledo, OH. Roof was leaking along eaves and had rotted through the osb. We tore off existing layer of shingles and then removed and replaced rotted osb with plywood, 4' up from eaves on both sides of roof. This was followed by new white drip edge on eaves, snow and ice shield 3' in on all edges of roof, synthetic underlayment fastened with cap nails, and then new white aluminum drip edge on eaves. We then applied starter roll to all edges, including the rake, and then roofed it with CertainTeed Landmark dimensional shingles in the color of Hunter Green. Ridge vent was then cut and new rolled ridge vent was installed. Cap shingles were installed last. I need to get better at taking more pictures, but I captured most of it. We have had a huge project going on for a quite a few months now, that I will eventually be posting pictures of... hence the reason I haven't posted many pictures lately. Replacement, single hung garage windows I replaced, along with some framing. Insulated, trimmed on exterior, caulked, and installed security guards on each in Toledo, OH. Separated these two rooms with drywall and added texture. Then I primed walls, followed by two coats of paint on each. Customer wanted the red color left above the shelf, so that was not painted. Ceilings each received a coat of primer and two coats of ceiling paint, after some minor repairs. Wood slab doors were cut to size, stained with one coat of conditioner, followed by two coats of stain on each side. Door hardware was put on and doors, then hung. Trim was stained and installed where new drywall was put in. Going back to do more work in the future. Work was done in Bowling Green. Thanks for viewing and feel free to share!
