Volk Excavating is hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator for a full-time, year-round position. We’re looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and ready to be part of a team that gets the job done.

Responsibilities:
• Operate excavators, dozers & skid steers
• Perform utility work, grading, and loading
• Assist with trenching, pipe laying & general labor
• Complete daily equipment inspections

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of equipment operating experience
• Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
• Clean driving record
• Class A CDL is a big plus but not required

Nothing more exciting then turning a blank peice of land into a family’s dream home location! 🏡
On this particular one, we started with clearing dead cottonwood trees and prepping to build a pad for a barn-dominium home. The location picked for the house was in low laying ground but had the best view through the trees! Lots of aggregate was hauled in to build the elevation of the future home and prevent any water issues down the road. After everything was set to elevation, black dirt was spread back out for a smooth mowing lawn.
Cant wait to get back in the spring and start digging for the home foundation!
