The Lanier fish tank cabinet designed and built by us here at Riach Construction. The tank is 84" long, 30" wide and 25" tall and holds 250 gallons of water, rock, sand, corral and fish. Mounted below is an additional 60 gallon sump tank and equipment stowage. The entire set up is estimated to weigh around 3500-3800 pounds. And is situated directly over a load bearing wall down to the foundation of the house.
