Nice little change of scenery for a little weekend project, The customers lean-too off his barn collapsed in the storms earlier this spring so we went ahead and tore it down and disposed of the debris and patched up some holes!

Making progress on our ongoing commercial grow facility project, this is the smaller of the two buildings being the manufacturing side of the facility, Electrical is near completion, Epoxy flooring is complete and awaiting the door order to arrive to then install doors and baseboard trims! The large grow building is nearing this phase stay tuned for updates!

40x60 Shouse style home we completed earlier this winter, this building consists of Posts on concrete pier style construction, with bookshelf framing in between and 4’ on center trusses to allow for timely and cost effective finish out on the interior, Hayfeild window and doors, Midland garage doors, Steel Roofing and siding, Grey sidewall, Black roof, Black trims. Looking forward to finishing out the inside of this one once plumbing and concrete are completed!

Just finished up this Liner Steel project, 28x40 shed, PVC extension jams on the windows, Insulated trap door attic access, we took off existing garage door and wrapped with white coil stock to bring this whole place together for a beautiful finished look!

Perfect place to enjoy this amazing fall weather! We prepped and poured a patio with a thickened edge under the post positions to support the roof load. Then we went ahead and built a lean- to style roof system off the gable side of the garage to allow for a dry, shady place to hang out and grill!

Finally got around to finishing off the interior of this old garage renovation project we were apart of, now ready for final electrical!

Two sheds prepped and ready for plumbers and electricians to do their underground portion of the project, One 32’x24’ and one 60’x100’, we installed 2” high strength foam 2’ down around the exteriors of these two sheds to keep the frost from entering underneath the slab, this saves concrete from cracking and heaving but also allows the building to be way more efficient and not have to constantly heat frost underneath the slab, we also went ahead and graded them all out to ensure proper grade to install a v***r barrier and foam for underneath the future concrete slab once plumbers and electricians are completed, these two structures will be used for indoor growing facilities, lots more to come with this project!

Just in time for some beautiful fall weather, we took care of a improperly built deck that was deemed not safe and went ahead and made it bigger while we were at it, and then we added an addition off the other existing deck, both decks feature Composite Trex decking with a picture frame finish, including the continuous stairs up the bigger deck, we also added concrete patios under both new decks to allow for a great place to get out of the sun
