In partnership with Adamoschek Construction, we effectively completed a 16' x 18' sunroom addition project in Lake Placid, incorporating footings at a depth of 48 inches. The project featured Zip system wall and roof sheathing, with a gable roof expertly integrated into the existing roof structure and finished with shingles. Abundant natural light will permeate this space through large window openings, creating a comfortable atmosphere.

New porch foundations: This porch had settled 4 inches over time and the posts had become decayed. The deck was jacked up to level. Posts and existing concrete footings were removed. New 12-inch sonotubes were installed on footings below the frost line. 6x6 posts were installed beneath the existing porch deck.

Deck in a week! CRT recently completed this beautiful PT deck with hidden fasteners and white PVC fascia. We replaced a number of bad joists on the existing deck, added a support beam mid-span, and then used joist tape to extend the life of the larger deck. Finally, we added a new 8x12 section. The homeowner cut costs with sweat equity on this project. They provided the footings, demo of the old decking, and a laborer each day on this deck-in-a-week project.
